Julie Powell was not perfect, but she did pave the way for us other food bloggers by showing how perfectly imperfect she was. That's kind of what Nigella used to be all about (but god - when you look that perfect, you can be an imperfect cook). Anyway, her death hit me and I've wanted to read more about what others were thinking and experiencing beyond the official NY Times obituary. I wish her husband and those who loved her comfort, and I hope she is able to rest in peace. Love you, Addie.
